  3. Cut all other ingredients.
  4. Take 1 tablespoon of oil in a container.
  5. Add chopped onion and garlic. Stir until the onions are brown.
  6. Add other vegetables and stir briefly.
  7. Add tomato paste.
  8. Add water.
  9. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Cook over high heat until it boils. Then cook on the sim cable for about 5 minutes.
  11. Diet soup is ready! Before serving, add Tabasco sauce :)
