- Mix until a dough-like consistency is obtained. Then form a ball and place it in a box with a lid. Do this with the rest of the mixture and refrigerate. In about 45 minutes, you'll have a delicious chocolate truffle free of sugar and good fats (Virgin Coconut Oil Health Benefits…google it!)
